Fastest cars 0-150 mph

Top 40 fastest cars from 0 to 150 mph. Updated June 2026.

0 to 150 mph (approximately 240 kph) acceleration test is used by largest American car magazines in their regular instrumented testing routine.

Due to high speed nature of this test, only high performance cars can reach this speed before running out of available space. However, it is more practical than 0-300 kph test, which is limited only to supercars with high speed-index tyres, and journalists with access to sufficiently long runway - typically unused airstrip.

150 mph acceleration test is also suitable for German cars which are electronically limited to 155 mph.
